I went back and told the employees again that she still had her phone out in the area. She did go ask the lady to put her phone away and when she didn’t said she was going to call security. I then went to the person at the desk at the spa Chantel. She refused to put her phone in her locker and proceeded to use the facilities. There are signs posted everywhere and I brought to her attention the fact. I was using the hot tub area where women are nude very often, and noticed a lady that had her phone out.
At the establishment they have a policy that you are not allowed to have any phones in the spa area because people walk around nude and are supposed to be able to freely enjoy themselves.
Today my daughter and I decided to spend some time at Bally’s Spa.
